The pieces

Is the price for one cup or two?

Two. Every espresso cup is sold as a pair of identical cups, and the price shown is for the pair. Saucers and spoons are sold in pairs too; the exhibit label on each product says exactly what you receive.

How much does a cup hold?

Between 60 and 80 ml, measured to the brim. The exact figure is on each product page and in our Care & Capacity guide.

Can I put them in the dishwasher or microwave?

We recommend washing every piece by hand. None of the pieces are for use in the microwave, oven or on the stove.

Will my cup look exactly like the photograph?

The shape and glaze will match. Glaze tone, drips on the Melt pieces and small surface marks vary slightly from piece to piece.

Are the cups insulated?

No. They are ordinary single-wall ceramic cups and get warm when filled.

Prices and payment

Which currency will I pay in?

The one you see. Choose US dollars, euros, pounds sterling, Danish, Swedish or Norwegian kroner, Swiss francs or Canadian dollars from the switcher at the top of the page. Your order is charged in that currency; the checkout states it again before you pay.

Do prices include tax?

Prices do not include US sales tax, import VAT or customs duties. For US orders, sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. For deliveries outside the United States, import VAT, duties and carrier fees may be collected on delivery. See Shipping.

How can I pay?

By card or PayPal, through our payment providers. The available methods are shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

Do you offer discount codes?

No, we are not running any promotions. If we ever do, the conditions will be shown next to the offer.

Delivery and returns

Where do you ship?

To the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and 17 European countries. The full list, delivery times and costs are on the Shipping page.

What if something arrives broken?

Tell us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the piece and the box. We will send a replacement or refund it, including shipping. You do not need to send broken pieces back.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused. Customers in the EU, EEA and UK also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. Everything is explained on Returns & Withdrawal.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched yet, we will change it or cancel it and refund you in full.
