Withdraw from contract

Use this form to withdraw from your contract with SCULPTAVI. It takes two steps and you do not need an account.

Customers in the EU, EEA and UK have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery; all customers can return unused pieces within 30 days. After you confirm, we email you an acknowledgement showing what you sent and when we received it. The acknowledgement confirms receipt only; we then send you the return address.
