Shipping

Every order is packed for ceramics: each piece wrapped and boxed so it cannot touch its neighbour.

Where we ship

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Austria, Switzerland, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland and Czechia. We cannot deliver to other countries at the moment, and we do not ship to P.O. boxes outside the United States.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). You receive an email with the tracking link when your parcel leaves us.

Costs are per order, whatever the number of pieces. If you shop in another currency, the cost is converted and shown in that currency in your bag and at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates; customs clearance can add a few days.

Import VAT, duties and fees

We ship from outside the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and Canada. Our prices and shipping costs do not include import VAT, customs duties or the carrier’s customs handling fee for these destinations. They are charged by the customs authority or collected by the carrier when the parcel arrives, according to the rules of your country, and you pay them as the importer. They are not part of our price and we do not receive them.

If you refuse to pay these charges and the parcel comes back to us, we refund the price of the goods minus the original shipping cost and any return charges the carrier bills us.

Within the United States, sales tax is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it.

Export and legal restrictions

Our pieces are ordinary tableware and are not subject to special export restrictions. You are responsible for checking that you may import them into your country. We cannot change the customs value or describe an order as a gift.

Damage, loss and delays

If a parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the box and the pieces and write to support@sculptavi.shop within 14 days of delivery. We send a replacement or refund the broken pieces, including shipping; you do not have to return them. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and reship or refund. These promises are in addition to your statutory rights.
